By investing in our property development area of the business we are able to offer a high return on investment 20 to 30% with reduced risk over the life of the project. Developments range from $5 million-$200 million, these are made up of residential, commercial and retail. 

Funding for our developments are normally carried out in the form of unit trusts. The trust will hold the asset for the investors and the trustee carries out the day-to-day activities.
